Please be advised that our agency does
not negotiate or justify the fees. Our placement fee
must be paid in full prior to the employee's start
date unless other arrangements have been made.
Our fee includes a three month replacement
guarantee period, profile matching, appointments scheduling,
professional consultations, personal support, and assistance
from Nanny Works with any questions you may
have.
In the event that the employment of a
permanent nanny, secured with the assistance of Nanny Works is terminated prematurely, prorated
fees for additional services are as follows:
- Ninety-one through one hundred and twenty days:
50% of the current placement fee
- One Hundred-twenty through three hundred and
sixty-five days: 85% of the current placement fee
- After one year: 95% of the current placement
fee for returning families.
Nanny Types
Temporary Nanny / Baby Sitter
/ Child Sitter - A nanny who works for
your family sporadically.
Overnight Nanny -
A nanny that works for a very short term (usually
a 24-hour period)
Permanent Full-Time Nanny -
A live-in or live-out nanny who is hired on a permanent
basis to work as a nanny for 20 (twenty) or more
hours of employment each week.
Permanent Part-Time Nanny -
A live-in or live-out nanny who is hired
on a permanent basis to work as a nanny
for less than 20 (twenty) hours of employment
each week.
If the employment period exceeds ninety days, the temporary placement
automatically converts to a permanent placement.

Nannies are paid $10 per hour for 1-3
children of the same family.
We are not responsible for wages to
the nanny and taxes, insurance, and
benefits are the sole responsibility of the employer.
