For a Temporary Nanny, Sitter, Baby Sitter

A membership fee of $200 is due when the interviews are set up, services are provided, or nanny is confirmed.  This $200 is an annual membership fee.

Nanny Works will begin the search for candidates upon receipt of the completed form and guarantee of fee payment. All fees are non-refundable. Please circle or check which MONTHLY membership you are interested in. There is a six month commitment with each one, however you have the option to cancel with 30 days notice after the commitment time.

How to make the match with your nanny a success.
We have found that the success of the match between you and the nanny depends in large measure on the amount of time you are willing to spend on training, integrating, and guiding her in the initial weeks of employment.

 It is essential that you set aside time to get acquainted and clearly instruct your nanny as to how you wish to have your child or children cared for and your home run. Weekly meetings with your nanny are important in order to maximize the best working relationship.

The relationship you develop with your nanny and the partnership you forge can make a tremendous difference not only to you and your nanny, but more importantly to your child or children.

Please Note:  Live-in nannies coming from out of state are responsible for purchasing a round trip airline ticket. The employer will them reimburse the nanny for half of the ticket after two months of employment. At the end of her year of employment, the employer will reimburse her for the remaining half of her round trip airline ticket. Nannies who purchase one way tickets or who do not travel by place will be reimbursed after two months for their travel expenses to your area. At the end of their year the employer will pay their expenses to return home.
